My research is motivated by an underlying curiosity about individuals' adaptation at work. Specifically, my research focuses on two primary areas:

  1. Personality, change, and adaptive performance – how individuals adapt to various work situations, and how stable traits and dynamic processes enable them to adapt;
  2. Training and Transfer – what factors facilitate individuals’ learning and subsequent application of trained knowledge and skills;

In addition, I am interested in Response Effort, particularly how insufficient effort responding to surveys, tests, and objective tasks may affect conclusions drawn from data.
